In the latest Dragon Age: Origins update it seems a collection of new achievements have been added.
However these achievements are not connected to any DLC of any sorts but are in fact the achievements that will be unlocked via playing the coming expansion titled Dragon Age: Awakening.
Awakening is set for a March 16th release; set after the events of Origins players will be able to import their saves into the expansion as they continue to battle against the Dark spawn and new monsters such as inferno golems, spectral Dragons and a new foe named Architect.
It’s not yet clear to why the achievements of Awakening of been released as of yet but perhaps more details and indeed a reason will arise sometime in the future.
