Infinity Ward developers' community manager Robert Bowling revealed through Twitter, that Infinity Ward is set to release the first batch of downloadable content for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on March 30 for the Xbox 360. Great news for music fans and gamers everywhere - Rock band 3 has just been announced by developer Harmonix. The game is set to be released this "holiday season" which usually means November/December. The game is said to revolutionise the music game scene and follow on from the success of Rock band, Rock Band 2 and The Beatles: Rock Band. There's not much due for release this week. Most publishers are probably too scared to tackle the giant Final Fantasy 13. Atari announced that Eden Games, the original developer of Test Drive Unlimited will return to the open world racing scene with a new instalment. Analyst Mike Hickey of Janco Partners has claimed that Rockstar will grind the internet to a halt prior to E3 with the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 5. Rock star’s western open world shooter Red Dead Redemption has been delayed until May. The announcement came today by Take Two who stated Red Dead would be released in May18th in North America and May21st in Europe. The goal of every story is to form an emotive connection amongst the in-game protagonists and the observer.
