I have to ask myself this question these days. Since, I've made the move into the management ranks (darkside) I feel as if I tell people what to do enough. I have to tell them what to work on, sometimes how to work on it, when to take breaks and lunches and on rare occasion address bathroom issues. I even give advice and direction in other ways.
