  • Staff Picks: Luke’s Top 10 Games of 2010 0 CommentsPosted by on January 2, 2011 under Editorials, Feature
Before I start, I should say that all these views are my own. They do not represent all the other guys here at Gamer Euphoria. Though don't fear, i've been told we've got a couple lists coming in the coming week - both individual and overall game of the year picks. It was very hard to pick a top 10 this year. There have been some great games throughout 2010. I have managed to narrow down th... more.
  • Comic Jumper Review (Xbox 360) 0 CommentsPosted by on October 18, 2010 under Xbox 360
Comic Jumper is what it is - you’re jumping from comic to comic with a super-cool guy by the alias of “Captain Smiley” (and his abdomen friend called “Star”). Another big title (and exclusive too) is here on Xbox LIVE Arcade and priced at 1200 Microsoft Points. Does it live up to that price? Hmm. You may not think so at first but there’s so many good moments that make it feel more... more.
  • Lara Croft And The Guardian Of Light Review (Xbox 360) 1 CommentsPosted by on August 23, 2010 under Xbox 360
Lara Croft sets out on her adventures but her “Tomb Raider” trademark has been dropped for this title. This isn’t the next big Tomb Raider title but it proves to be fresh, detailed and now fun for more than just yourself. Whilst Tomb Raider 9 will eventually happen, this full downloadable adventure is something worth getting whilst you wait patiently. It doesn’t feel degraded at all ... more.
  • Crackdown 2 Review (Xbox 360) 0 CommentsPosted by on July 13, 2010 under Xbox 360
The Crackdown on crime continues. However, things seem to have taken a turn for the worst. Pacific City has transformed into a more gritty, manic city than ever before. The Agents are back, upgraded greatly to help flush out the “Cell” and “freaks.” You’ll be seeing a LOT of these throughout Crackdown 2. Whilst their placement isn’t exactly unique, they do make an interesting addition.... more.
  • Just Cause 2 Review (360/PS3) 0 CommentsPosted by on April 19, 2010 under PS3, Xbox 360
A world full of greedy governments and the one place we're going to is Panau, a fictional location known for its tropical beauty but more importantly, its black gold for the governments wanting it to feed the "fat cats." Rico is back; he looks and acts a little more mature than the first game...but still badass. In Just Cause 2, you'll be causing chaos, which means blowing up anything mark... more.
  • Toy Soldiers Review (Xbox 360) 0 CommentsPosted by on March 22, 2010 under Xbox 360
Like Andy's toys in Toy Story, we see a variety of toy soldiers come to life in a variety of sets, thanks to an exclusive Xbox LIVE Arcade title by the name of...Toy Soldiers. Who'd have guessed it, right? Now you can play with your toy soldiers without all that hassle of finding them somewhere in the long forgotten section of your childhood storage box. Unlike your physical toy soldiers, these vi... more.

  • Assassin’s Creed II Review (Xbox 360) 4 CommentsPosted by on November 29, 2009 under PS3, Xbox 360
Sucks you in much like the first and introduces a great set of new features to make this a very worthy sequel. So, here we are again with Desmond, an unlucky subject (or lucky in some ways) chosen to use the all new Animus. Although for our first moments, we'll be using the first old Animus. Your very first moments upon entering the memory, is that of a baby being born. This baby is no ordinary... more.
  • Flight Control Review (iPhone) 0 CommentsPosted by on October 30, 2009 under iPhone
Such a simple concept works great with an iPhone and iPod Touch. Flight Control isn't complicated at all. In fact, it's rather easy to get into and gradually you'll find things get more intense but the concept remains the same. Whilst a typical game may only last me maybe five or ten minutes (until I can actually really master this), I am wanting to replay and beat my high score. It's the perfect ... more.
