Far Cry 3 – Open World Exploration [Video]
Far Cry 2 may have disappointed people with it’s open world, but Far Cry 3 seems set to rectify those complaints
Ubisoft have released this video, showcasing elements of Far Cry 3′s open world exploration. The footage, narrated by Jamie Keen (lead game design) and Mark Thompson (lead level design), was first seen at PAX this year, and it gives us a good idea of where exploration will take us, and what side quests we’ll see.
It’s clear that a much more open approach to combat has returned to the series, so stealth and booby-traps are an option, so I do believe it’s time to get excited with the launch just over a month away.

Far Cry 3 is slated for release on 30th November in the UK and the 4th December in the US, with EU and Australian launches on the 29th of November
