Making Halo 4: Return of the Forerunners [Video]
Halo 4 steps in to a new light and introduces a new threat; although the Forerunners remained a constant presence throughout the original trilogy Halo 4 will lean heavily into the mythology as Master Chief steps in to his new adventure. Halo 4 will also see the introduction of new enemies that will serve as the games equivalant of the Covenant. The Prometheans are a new alien race introduced for the latest game which will have a completely new feel to try and freshen up combat and gameplay.
Halo 4 is a direct sequel to the main trilogy of games that followed Master Chief as he fought the Covenant and the Flood and continues from the ending of Halo 3 which saw Master Chief shot off to a distant world.
Halo 4 will be the first game produced by 343 Industries and will be released on November 6th, 2012
