Final Fantasy XIII Takes 18.3GB To Install for Xbox 360
Do your plans include picking up Final Fantasy 13? Well if you are and picking up the title on Xbox 360 with the intention of installing to your hard drive, you may want to clear enough space in preperation for March 9.
After installing all three discs the total amount of space used up was 18.3GB’s, so it’s bad news for the (Arcade) 20GB owners. As upon initial glace, it would appear the the 20GB seems like it would meet requirements. But once taking away the mandatory memory for caching, backwards-compatibility and other game elements it will leave you with only roughly 14GB to play with.
Installation is totally optional, of course. If you want to play with top performance and cut those load times in half – you may have to also consider investing in a larger memory unit first.
- Disc 1: 5.9GB
- Disc 2: 5.8GB
- Disc 3: 6.6GB
The game is released in North America and Europe on 9th March.
