Gears of War’s original release took place back in November 2006, and shuck the entertainment median. Now, three years later, Gears of War is now available for download via Microsoft’s Games on Demand service through Xbox Live.

If for some bizarre reason you have yet to play the original Gears of War, this is the perfect opportunity. Or even better, download this, play the sequel and be ready for the concluding chapter in the trilogy – Gears of War 3.
