Netflix Coming To PS3 This Holiday Season

It’s been churned through the rumour mill dozens of times, but finally official confirmation – This holiday season you could be sipping eggnog while enjoying a movie via Netflix on your PS3.

This service will play out exactly how it does on the Xbox 360. If you already have a Netflix account, at no extra charge you can stream Netflix movies from your instant queue, directly to your PS3 unit. This service couldn’t have come at a better time, with the recent new Slim PS3 design and price drop – Son’y's console is looking like a mighty good investment.

While no specific date has been confirmed, the time-frame of “Next Month” has been stated. Meaning you should be seeing this feature hit consoles sometime in November.

    Andy, you beat me to it… You will need a disc, which can be found at http://netflix.com/ps3 I already reserved mine :)
